iel fun of it on your level. We live INMIT th of Tuscany in a farmhouse with only biological productions n. The 350 year old farm has a history, originally a convent, orphanage and lease instead of the farmers of the Count Serristori. In small, cautious steps the house was renovated, and this delightful home made, that it is today. Stylish and individually, each room is furnished. Old Tuscan furniture, lamps, bowls and beautiful fabrics found in the Locanda the right place. The rooms have no TV and no phone, for stunning views into the landscape. Here you can enjoy your holidays from the beginning.
The farm covers about 8 hectares of forest land and 15 ha, d
Arunte are 3 hectares for viticulture and 5 hectares for the cultivation of olives. From the large fruit and vegetable garden are the most delicious ingredients for the nightly feast, such as "fa r fall agli agrumi", "pappa al pomodoro " or "gnocchi al pesto basilico Tues. After enjoying these delights the cooks of the Casa Nuova, the applause is safe. Freshly harvested the best ingredients come directly on the kitchen table. And only the herbs! Basil, bay leaves, rosemary, Sal grow in and thyme in lush bushes around the house and give the Tuscan cuisine its distinctive flavor. The delicious wine that is produced here, the taste you naturally. While a cooking class can be determined here the recipe for one or the other to take home. Enjoy uch a
